School Superintendent Accepts Bribes

He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to receive bribes and kickbacks, receiving bribes and kickbacks in connection with federal program funds and embezzlement of federal funds. He was sentenced to two 76 month sentences and one 60 month sentence all served concurrently equating to a little over 6 years in federal prison. He was also sentenced to 3 years of supervised release and 300 hours of community service and ordered to pay restitution of $1,2 million.
